Due to the nature of digital products, which are immediately available for download, all purchases are final and there will be NO refunds.

What will you get?

All our products are digital files available for instant download.

You will receive high-quality PNG files optimized for sublimation, laser engraving, or other type of use based on the product type. With particular products you may receive additional file types, such as SVG files or similar.

Besides the main design, you will also receive a high-qualtiy mockup, as well as bonus design (additional high-quality PNG files (and SVG files with particular products) optimized for sublimation or similar use.

How to Download Your Files

After our Merchant of Service (Fourthwall) processes your payment, you'll receive an email with a link to your downloads.

Your downloads may include:

If upload size limit allows, you will receive separate images or ZIP files. You can download all the files directly from received download link.

If files are too big for upload system, you will receive a PDF file with a direct Google Drive link for high-quality download. Most often, you will download a ZIP file containing all the image files.

How to Handle Downloaded ZIP Files

For Windows Users:
Right-click on the zip folder and select "Extract All".
Save the extracted files in an easily accessible location.

For Mac Users:
Double-click the zip folder to extract it.
Alternatively, create a new folder, move the zip file there, and use the Terminal with the "unzip" command.

IMPORTANT: Downloads must be done on a desktop or laptop, as mobile devices may not support file downloads. If you encounter issues, send us a message, and we'll provide the download link via Etsy chat.

Legal Information

You cannot resell, share, or modify any of purchased digital files.
You can use purchased files to create physical products for personal or small commercial use.
If you sell over 100 products using these files, please purchase the listing again.

AI Use Restrictions: Using AI or similar tools to create derivative works based on these designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation may result in legal action.

Import Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are not included in the product price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office for details on potential fees.
